Hello, my name is David Renner, a 24-year Air Force veteran, owner of Renner Inspection Services, PLLC, and I am your Professional Real Estate Inspector.
I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission to perform home inspections, license #20502. I was trained by the American Home Inspection Training Institute, a premier Home Inspection training organization recognized throughout the United States as a leader in home inspection training.
Also, I am a certified member in good standings with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA), fulfilling dozens of continuing education hours every year. I am certified to do Septic Inspections through the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT).
